DO THESE WATCHES WORK AND DO THEY KEEP TIME?YES! All the watches we sell are working, serviced and they all keep good vintage time. When we refer to "good timekeeping" as common standard in the vintage market, it means the watch can be expected to keep time to accuracy of +/- 20 seconds or better over 24 hours. Vintage watches may probably not be used in the timing of the Olympics nowadays but they are excellent timekeepers when it comes to simple daily tasks.

CAN I ORDER A WATCH WITH AN OTHER STRAP THAN THE ONE IN YOUR ONLINE SHOP?You can’t change the standard strap of the watch, but you can always add anadditional one – on the house! We have a very large collection of straps andbracelets; we won't disappoint you.

CAN YOU FIX MY OLD WATCHES? WHERE CAN I HAVE MY WATCH EXAMINED AND REPAIRED?We can arrange a pick up collection from your place or you can visit our service centre. Contact us for more information.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN (SERVICE) ESTIMATE?You can send us an email with a photo of the watch and issue at info@peneusboutique.com. We will call you back to give you an approximative pre- estimate including price and leadtimes for the service required. Then, if you agree, your watch will be sent to our service centers where a full diagnosis will be performed by one of our watchmakers who will determine the service and parts to be replaced, taking your initial request into consideration. Of course, no service will be carried out without your prior approval.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE WITH THE WATCH AND DOES IT COMW IN A GIFT BOX?All our watches are shipped in branded vintage packaging with padded material inside a padded envelope or a bigger box (depending on the type of item), which is then placed inside a courier service bag and delivered to you.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?Delivery is FREE to Greece for orders over 150 euros. Smaller items are shipped as regular parcels. The cost for Athens of Greece is approximately €5.00 per parcel.
