which appeared in late 80s. This matrsyoshka depicts modern Russian
leaders with Russian president Vladimir Putin depicted on the first doll along

The nesting doll is painted by hand; pay close attention as in recent years,
such nesting dolls are no longer hand-painted. Artists use pictures which they
